Rosen Method Movement Classes

Rosen Method movement classes consist of simple movements, a variety of music to support the movements, and easy instructions. Marion Rosen, Physical Therapist, developed this form of exercise to prevent physical difficulties before they arise. The classes are designed to lubricate all your joints, to get all of your muscles moving, improve your alignment and flexibility, and to allow you to breathe with more ease.
